Smart LED strip not recognized

The app has a brand new UI and with this latest update I was hoping it would fix some issues. However I am still unable to add the smart led strip to my Meross app without it messing up my HomeKit integration. After trying to add the led strip to the Meross app after adding it successfully to HomeKit, the led flashes once and then doesn’t appear on Meross app and is permanently disconnected/unresponsive in the Home app. It forces me to reset the led strip and go through the process all over again. I’m still unable to update the led strip firmware because of this issue. Please fix this.
