Power Factor Correction Upon entering the Connected Load kW and Power Factor together with the Desired Power Factor the App calculates the kVAR compensation required to achieve the Desired Power Factor. In addition the load’s Original Apparent Power kVA and Desired Apparent Power kVA is provided. In addition the option is available to transfer the required kVAr compensation figure into the Capacitor Size feature to allow the capacitor size to be calculated.
