I don’t know “why” but it simply stopped working. I can’t connect the app with my frame! I have Android 12. I used the first times and it worked fine. However, all the sudden, staterd to show the frame offline! I tried to reconnect, I deleted and reinstall the app several times. I even created different accounts and nothing worked!!! It keeps saying that “an internet connection is necessary”, but I am connected and more, it works on my wife phone, which is Android 13.
Is this real? I’ve paid already for the frame and will have to pay a subscription for the photos? It doesn’t make any sense. I’m giving it back.
