    Not perfect but compared to the alternatives it’s excellent Tracks a lot more nutrients then my fitness pal and its just better in general Updates keep improving it Also the free version has all essential features (except meal time stamps but whatever)

  • Great app to controle if you are Eating well

    I follow a Ketogenic diet and this app is great for me. But you can choose diferent ones such as paleolitic. With this app you can see which nutrient/vitamins/ mineral are missing in your everyday meals. Then, in a data base you can search for foods that can give more easily what you are missing. Great for people with seizures who follow Ketogenic diet or others trying to prevent or combat câncer with a Ketogenic diet. Also very good to someone who wants to loose wheight very quickly with no sweating 😂, with great results and eating with quality. If you dont have discipline, than this is not for you. You must wheight or mesure everything you eat . It sincronizes with your computer , but sometimes it does note respond very quickly - the only cons .
