You can chose all details as you prefer, if you want, like, how long to prepare before meditation starts, what sound it will start and end, if you want a sound in start and end, a sound during, or not... and you can put goals, make notes after and have a graphic!!! to see your progress... and it’s simple and free. It’s perfect.

Awful interface

Very complicated to use and too many clicks an unnecessary categories of intervals an whatnot. I wish developers would think from users’ perspective.
