There’s no communication with them, they do not inform about delays. It’s impossible to contact anyone. Also after pcr test my AlHosn is not updated and the company is not assisting.
The cleaning services are good in general and they are always on time. But they never used the steam mop or the scrubing machine as you guys advertise! Another thing is that I pay for 4 hour every week because my house is quite big and there’s a lot of things to organize and clean and a lot of details( usually they don’t pay attention to), but they always finish it in 3 hours. So it would be nice if: 1) they use these 4 hour to do a even better job and 2) I got refunded for those extra hour I’ve being paying they were not using! Hope to hear from you soon!
It’s the best way for you have no discussion with workers. Just tell Urban Company time to solve your problems
Are you joking with clients? I booked a cleaning service for today morning a few days ago. Yesterday, 8 pm, someone from the cleaning provider sent me a WhatsApp telling me that they don’t have anyone to come and need to reschedule. I have commitments. I have guests. I have schedules. How can it happen? You must have a pool of professionals! This Silver cleaning cannot do that!
