- Works great with Github. - Has a perfectly fine text editor embedded in the application. - Recently discovered that it also exposes the repository files in the “Files” application (it’s a little bit hidden there, but not the developers fault). This allows other applications to open the repository files, meaning you can edit your files in your favourite text editor. I’ve been using iAWriter to edit markdown files. The only thing that confused me at first were the buttons at the top that I did not find a way to see their description. At first I was not sure which button was fetch and which button was pull (maybe there’s a way to show their description but I did not find it). But now I know what each one means and have no issues with it. This application turned my Mobile into a much more useful device. Not only I currently do some writing in it for my blog and programming projects documentation, but now I’m also considering that I could do some light programming in the Mobile and then ssh’ing into my main development machine to compile programs.

As a developer, I've wanted this on my Mobile for years - think of this not just as a simple Git client, but as a native, touch-enabled editing environment - that can also use external editors if you want to. Github integration is seamless, and the UI makes it easy to commit single files with a swipe - a very nice touch.
