Already payed and the app doesn’t open

The main issue with Noom is that after 00:00 you can only log food for the next day - so that all my late dinners would make part of my “breakfast”. Before certain update you could switch to previous day and do the logging. But now I can’t log about 25% of what I eat, which distorts my calorie numbers. That said Noom is worth the money - it made me aware about my eating habits and my relationship with food, helped me eat healthier and develop useful habits. Another frustrating issue is that I cannot see my previous lessons. I can define some goals or make some plans in the lessons, but unless I screenshot them this data is lost for me. Overall I like the app a lot ❤️. I wrote this review hoping for Noom to get this issues fixed.

I spent quite a bit of time answering probably 30 questions, with the app saying it was free all the way through. It actually said “free upgrade”. And then a 48 Euro a month plan at the end of it! Wasted my time. I have no idea whether the plan would even work for me.

This company and this app is part of a scam, they do not let you cancel the subscription and steal your money. Search online and you will find enough accounts about this scam. Stay away and report it to Google so this app is banned from the story. Doesn’t even deserve one star.
