Amazing introduction to therapy!!

As someone who has been to therapy many times before, I already know some of the techniques and methods available on Ahead. However, I think this app is a great starter for people who’s never been to therapy or don’t have access to it. I find the app very easy, interactive and the little animated characters are super cute. Following a similar structure to Duolingo, it teaches you more about yourself and ways to improve in a fun and exciting way!! It’s like therapy on the go! It’s been working well for me!!

Ridículo! Fala que tem um modo gratuito (como o duolingo) mas depois que voce preenche mil coisas tem que pagar pra usar. Enganação mesmo
