Insta360 para Android

Every time I try to download file from my insta360 one rs to my app but it is always disconnected. I can’t editing my video.

The app keeps draining my storage, I reached support and after deleting all the videos and cleaning the cache the problem persisted. The only way to release the storage was after deleting the app and installing it again... that is a poor "solution" and the reason why I give 1 star

Can't edit a single video without crashing the app. Very frustrating, even more because our camera ins't cheap. For a 500€ equipment you expect that to work smoothly without any problems and the software should be as important as the camera functionality! Can you fix the fact that sometimes (almost every time) that I'm editing a video for some minutes the camera disconnects and the does not let me connect again for a long time because the wifi doesn't show up, even after I reboot Android/Mobile and the camera one x 2. Also, would be great to have the possibility to connect the camera via USB to edit videos on Mobile. In my experience the editing is allot smother/ easy on my Mobile rather the Android or computer with the windows app. Love the camera quality in video (5k) but the software of the app is upsetting! UPDATE: The app is always up to date. About the editing. I can do it eventually. However like I said, sometimes I'm doing a 128gb SD card and the app freezes and I have to wait and keep trying to do the work. Another thing that should be allowed is the following. I downloaded the 360 files to the Mobile 4 and I cannot transfer them back to the sd card. And once the Mobile does not allow to see those files on my windows computer, I can't transfer them there weither. I'm stuck with the files on the Mobile. Do you have a solution? When I select the files throw the app and try to export (asigle or multiple files), it pops a message saying ... Unable to export in batches. Thanks for the follow up.
