Depois que atualizei nao cai ordem, resolvam isso pois estou perdendo dinheiro e quero ser ressarcido

We need to see how many itens is for delivery before we can accept. I accept a supermarket order with 20 itens and its too heavy.

1. Many customers hates when we (riders) ask to them shows ID. 2. The system asks us to enter a birth data that appears in the ID. However, no Deliveroo videos or text informations says if the DOB can be from anyone over 18 who is collecting an order. for example, a husband ordering food and alcoholic drinks using his wifes deliveroo account. 3. if in the riders we check the ID and put the date and the customer through a feedback report lying that the rider did not check, the rider is penalized with the loss of the account. So, to be fair, why not implement a camera to take a picture of the customer ID. So, proving that rider did check ID as Deliveroo determines and is will prove and protect the rider from any lying feedback? I have a friend which he lost his account because some customer lied about it. You, Deliveroo, need give some way to the rider have prove about his checks. Thanks. I wish you try to think about it and help all riders to be safe and don't lose accounts by mistakes."

The app is very good but I can’t change my vehicle type since one month. I’m trying to change bicycle for electric bike and nothing changes. Bicycle’s accounts don’t receive rides properly and is impossible work like that. Please help me thanks
