Why doesn’t it work in Brazil?

Every time I made a purchase I had some problem, either with delivery or payment. And they could never solve my problem the first time, it was more than 2 calls or email for each problem!

You guys open up a new food delivery service offering 50% off on orders, however when we finalize payment we just get Aed20 or aed30 discount in purchases doubled than that. What a lie! Please be transparent and follow your own guidelines!

Horrible service. I understand deliveries have been compromised/impacted due to the current unprecedented crises, however Customer Service fell short horribly. It was really difficult to get hold of a real person to get any kind of help with my order. When I finally managed to talk to someone, they kept promising me to deliver my item on specific dates, but failed to keep their promises. Item never got delivered. After having to wait for a month, I had to cancel my “express delivery” because Noon was simply unable to deliver the item I had paid for a month ago. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe how I felt. I will never do business with Noon again and strongly suggest you not to either if you need your items to be delivered in this life time or if you expect to have a decent Customer Service.
