In the event of an escalated emergency you can contact your local 911 operator with the tap of a single button. We have new features for Police Officers at their request for optimal integration. SecurePoint is an entire platform in one convenient App. End-users and Operators are differentiated by credentials. As an operator, you can now be an engaged 1st Responder. Operator mode allows you to respond to calls while on-the-go. You can manage several simultaneous calls from the same screen. You can easily toggle to view the location of each caller in order to tap and decide which audio or video feed you need to receive based on their location. Operator mode allows you to send a push notification to all users in one or more defined regions. The Client mode activates simply by physically entering the geographical sphere we have established for you. Of course, we can create user groups which are not bound to a GeoFence as well. SecurePoint has several exciting new features planned for the next version. Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Your Location is not provided to the operators unless you initiate an emergency call. Your location is then known for the duration of the connection to the emergency responders. We also only use the GPS feature for regions that are dependent on a GeoFence. We are careful to utilize this feature only when necessary.
