BetterHelp para Android

Have been very impressed with the service so far (one month in), my therapist has been very attentive, and switched gears as soon as he realised what I needed and what had worked/not worked in the past. He’s recommended books to read and set exercises which have both been very helpful in gaining understanding of how I operate. Finding an English speaking therapist for a reasonable price while living in Spain has been a struggle, so this app has been a god-send already. The app is essentially just a wrapped version of the BetterHelp website, which for the most part is fine, but comes with a few niggles, hence the 4 stars: 1) when in a video call, my camera view is limited to a very thin strip, which means I’m constantly playing a game of trying to align just my eyes in view, since that’s all I’m able to see. 2) it does not support split-view, so I’m unable to pull up a separate note-taking app, or refer to a book that I’ve been asked to read whilst in my session.

They’ve been great. I had a problem with my therapist and they apologized profusely. I quickly found another one, and let me tell you: she’s amazing. They could also offer financial aid if you’re struggling to pay for the subscription and they reply to any questions super fast. An amazing app and a great customer service team. Congrats, BetterHelp! You’re everything I could ask for.

I can’t recommend this app enough, it’s a game changer. Incredibly helpful in your own terms. 10/10

I am in desperate need to talk to someone and you are asking for €50 a week. I registered, said about my problems and my financial situation, I’ve been assigned a therapist but I can’t afford to speak with them! Thanks for the help, BETTERHELP
