I've been a premium customer for over 5 years, what started as a trusworthy fully functional and fast app is slowly becoming buggy, not reliable and complex and slow. There's a mismatch of versions between the app store and the web, the quick search is either slow or not working, the safari extension is not working with the Android App Store version, but it does with the version downlodaded from your web... seriously, you really need to invest more on QA if you want to keep your premium paying customers.

UX is getting worse each version

I started using LastPass (and paying 12€/year) several years ago. With each new version and plugin the UX is getting worse: web browser integration, quick search, app, synchronization, ... and now it is 36€/year. So I'm starting to look to other options.
