I love this app and use it to help me monitor what I acheive on a daily basis, small though that may be, as I suffer from fluctuating, but fairly severe M.E./CFS. This app lets me log every small task i do each day or tiny treat I give myself, and its so empowering, you can add your own tasks, and it feels oh soooo good to have acheived a few things every day. You realise you do more little things than you realise, eveb if its giving someone a hug, or sending a text, every tiny thing you do counts to help make you Superbetter :) I reallly recommend it, and have heard it helps people strugglling with depression too.
It's a very useful tool that helps you stay on track and track your very own purpose in life while playing and helping others do the same. Best if you play with close friends! Awesome!!!
