Well, the App it's really nice and helpful but it's really annoying that when we have to update the charts, enroute, etc you can't do it in the background, you have to keep the App running so it won't allow us to keep using the Mobile meanwhile the update is downloaded (if you do it the update stops). Hopefully that will be fixed soon.
Technical support and customer service is the worst you can imagine, you spend a whole day just to able to talk to someone, they never respond to emails. This is a tricky app, if you don't pay the yearly subscription they block your app in your computer (with terribly expensive downloads you already paid for !!!). OK if you want new updates but the data you already have is yours and it shouldn't be blocked. Other apps don't do this, you just don't get renewals. Be careful with the scam
