Cannot access the app!

So I am based in Spain and I have accidentally changed the country to Russian Federation. Now I cannot undo this at all, because the app won’t let me access my personal settings, nor will it let me navigate/click anything beyond the screen that refers me to customer support which I’ve called and email to, as well, and nobody seems to know the resolution. I am very disappointed because this used to be my favorite shopping app for years, and now I am locked out of it for no apparent reason. I prefer to shop within the app as opposed to the desktop or Safari version, so this is extremely frustrating and annoying. Again, disappointed.

Waiting for a refund for almost a month!

I purchased a Sandro dress that arrived damaged, I sent them photos and they told me to send it back, what I did on June 11th. I still didn’t get my refund and I don’t have any information regarding if they made the transaction or not. Very disappointed with the brand, I would have never expected something like this from the Net a Porter group!
