As I live abroad, difficult to send cards to uk. This is just perfect, always on time and the personalized ones, my friends and family just love. Keep up the good work. I tell everyone about moonpig. Problems editing items in the app

I’ve used moonpig for a very long time and have always been very happy with everything, I recently downloaded the app after always using in a browser and I’ve had nothing but problems, I spent ages putting some cards together with photos and wanted to also send a mug but no matter what i do it won’t allow me to edit the text on the mug, never had this problem when using in the browser, tried to open my order in the browser and there nothing in my basket, a total waste of 2 hours editing cards. Also when creating photo cards in the app the photos jump back to original positions which is annoying so have to go back and reposition them all, also won’t let me zoom in on photos. Very disappointed in the app.
