Before I start, I should say that I’m a top seller on VC and have a 100% Product accuracy rate etc. well, I had a pair of Tiffany & Co diamond earrings, ( with purchase receipt and all). I sold them and sent them to BC for quality control ( #22591879). Everything was going splendidly until I received this report saying that one of the “rhinestones” was missing. I tried to get more information as I sent the earrings in perfect condition, ( not to mention they were diamonds not rhinestones) but it was too late. The buyer of course canceled the purchase. I was clearly concerned so I escalated the matter to a VC “expert.” I just got an email saying that they themselves removed one of the diamonds ( which is hard to do as it was embedded in white gold). So now they are returning my damaged 5000€ diamonds to me ( which means I must pay Tiffany & Co to be repaired) and that all. Complete carelessness and awful service

No sé qué tipo de gente y formación tienen contratados pero no saben verificar artículos que además son 100% originales y tienen factura y te los rechazan por “falsos”. Además se tarda la vida en subir un artículo “para nada”. Lograron agotarme la paciencia y me borré la app y seguí vendiendo en vinted y Wallapop.

Compré un bolso de la marca propia Brand Collective, lo recibí con desperfectos no incluidos en la descripción y yo me quería quedar el bolso pero la única solución que me dieron era devolverlo,no darme un descuento para la próxima compra ni devolverme parte del importe. Se mostraron muy inflexibles y poco comunicativos.

Poor communication and customer service. Had several items in perfect condition cancelled without a detailed explanation. When all goes well this app is great but when someone at vetting doesn’t like your item or if you need help or clarification (be it with items or shipping) they are not professional.

Customer service has declined massively in recent years. I got nowhere on the chat platform, a total waste of time. Then, various persons reached out to me, one of whom promised an imminent solution, but then the ticket was closed?! So bad. I was sent two items which did not match at all the advertised condition & therefore sent them back (at my expense). Also, a dress, which says "returned to shipper" on the DHL site is indicated as "delivered" on the Vestiare site. Ultimately, I have been charged for all 3 items, none of which I actually have in my possession & numerous attempts to get a proper refund unsuccessful - a huge waste of time & money!!! And this after I spend thousands on other items?! For now, I say impossible to shop with confidence on this site. May or may not work.
