I thought this software would have good potential very soon after release, but must say I am very disappointed with what is done by the developers. Firstable I cannot find Foreflight 2 anymore in the appstore, and it was not cheap. Fortunately I didn't delete it from my itunes, otherwise I immagine it would be lost. Second, this 3rd version is honestly improved. But the only improvement is the change of the interface, for the moment I cannot see any major improvement. Now you just have a monthly fee for the database updates. I wrote some requests... I cannot see any of them in this new update, the requests were not so difficult to introduce and I believe it would have made of it a really excellent product for all aviators... Why do I need notams if they cannot be saved to be seen inflight? How about wx charts? SWC/wind etc. cannot be saved neither. And so on... When I go flying I need to have a whole package of WX, notams, airfield info... of departure, destination and alternate aerodromes. Something that could be easily downloaded once on ground, to be available during flight, and this app does not yet offer that option. When you really release an important update I will consider spending more money in it, and of course I will change my review accordingly. I ask you to please do something, I know you can.
