Although the app work correctly and the support for the app is good, it is impossible to contact with someone to cancel or confirm that they are not going to charge any additional amount. I am waiting 1 month to receive any feedback from the personal trainer assigned to me, account support team.. since I have already tried to do it by myself through my account settings. Very poor support for this kind of request. I hope they don’t charge anything else...
