Really bad service

I have requested refunds because I tried to add money several times and it didn’t reflect on my balance, and it was charged to my bank account every time i attempted to add balance, I tried to request the refund for my 60 dollars and the app didn’t allow it, I had to ask for every attempt and when I did the first one the system didn’t allow to have the second request, it’s been days and I don’t have my balance right and also when I first got the app I had 40 bucks in my csc card, so I requested the refund and they never did it
