This is so far the best meditation/mindfulness app I’ve tried. I love the lay out, the explanations are on point and it’s very complete, full of insightful lessons. One improvement that would be very useful is a “resume playing” feature. If you’re following several lessons/meditation series at the same time you have to find them every time you want to go back. It’s not a major problem but it’d be great having a section to keep track of what you’re listening to (on the “recently played” feature you can see what you’ve played but can’t jump back into the specific playlist).

Llevo lidiando con depresión y ansiedad desde la pandemia, y he ido a psicólogos, he investigado sobre este problema y nada me ha ayudado más que la meditación, pero no cualquier meditación, esta. Que Sam Harris te vaya guiando, para mi como aprendiz fue lo mejor. Además que las clases teóricas son muy interesantes, son cosas que había llegado a pensar antes, pero no tan bien explicadas ni con tanto criterio. Para mi es una app indispensable para el móvil.

Sam Harris’s mindfulness app is not only the best meditation app I’ve tried but is also a plethora of inspirational conversations and ideas that instill spitituality without preaching it. I find his voice and guidance neutral and soothing, wholesome and sincere.
I have been using this App for nine days only and I feel that I have discover a new tool to deal with my depression and panic attacks. I suffer from depression since I was a teenager, I am 32 year-old now, and I consider myself a survivor. Each day is a huge challenge for me, that’s why I always say “one day at a time”. I don’t know how I am going to feel when I wake up, but I have been feeling more confident and save when I start my day using this app. I meditate from my bed, I sit in front of a window, with the sunlight in my face, am I close my eyes. One of the most important things that I have learned is to pay attention to what I am doing. My panic attacks are related with the fear of dying, which is something that will happen someday, but that is in the future, so when I feel this thoughts coming, I try to focus in my presence in the world in the present. I remember that I am alive and that’s what matters. I have also discovered in one session that I was keeping my teeth very tight, I had like a lot of tension in my face, and after I finished the session I realized that I do that during the whole day. So now I am learning to relax the muscles of my face, because for the first time I noticed that they were not relaxed. I have recommend to all my friends. Even if you feel fine, it has a lot to teach you. Give it a chance! And thanks a lot to Sam Harris, he is changing my life, and I really like this changes.
