Lost bit item

They have lost a big blanket. Once lost it they said they haven’t received it. Be careful, they do not get any responsibility. I’ve been with them half a year. Very unprofessional

Can provide a good service but occasionally poor

I have used Laundryheap on a regular basis and in general a good service is provide, however there on a few occasions where the serivce has been poor, delayed delivery by 1 day, delivery times are considerably later than requested, clothes not ironing, clothes returned with black marks and wrong clothes returned. Laundryheap know they can do better.
