This app feels like having a coach with you all the time, telling why we are doing a particular exercise and how we can manage it along the way. I signed up to have a Marathon Plan for the first time; within the first week I got the yearly plan. Their Google Watch app is great, just keep in mind it does consume battery (I eventually upgrade my Google Watch SE because it ran out of battery in 3-hour workouts). This app has changed my running life and got me back to the level of effort and challenge I wanted, without having health issues (I have considerably improved my heart rate consistency and being able to workout without injuries).
