Never worked right

Between server timeouts and having to enter my credentials at least 12 times before being able to login, this app is the least user-friendly I’ve experienced lately.

In 2021 this app is so bad. Needs QOL updates

This app is so buggy. On IOS I have to log in probably 10 times before it works. On the in app log in once I enter my credentials it just brings me back to the login screen. Also it's not compatible with copy and paste. It's not a keyboard issue, it's an app issue. The camera too. If you take a picture in landscape and hit done the interface is half cutoff until you rotate your phone 90 degrees and then again Which brings me to my last point, are we not going to get a copy same as last lot? It would save so much time
