Always crashes when loading the Deep Blue map.

Great game one problem

When I get to the deep blue and finish the quest and travel to the next area the game crashes and I have to do the quest again and it keeps happening

Game does not work at all on level 7. ‘The Big Blue’ crashes every time it loads the level. Very frustrating, I want my money back.
