Hardest workout on this program yet. I had to modify the burpees in order to keep moving. And they were in the second block I believe. Yikes.
I love it when I am tempted to take longer rests, but then I don’t!😵💫😁
Would prefer to have workout all the way through the allotted time. If I want to stretch or do cool down, I would prefer to select it as separate work in the library, not as part of the workout. Thx!

This app, especially with the latest update, is extremely well-built. I am a premium user so I get access to all the workouts and really like how everything is organized now versus how it used to be. The workouts were absolutely killer even for free users, I’d highly recommend it. New workouts even incorporate weight training with dumbbells and kettle bells!
