My first experience was great! My shopper did a great job! Today’s experience was not anywhere as good. First of all, I did not receive several items on my initial order. I looked at my order last night, so I know these items were on the list. I not only didn’t receive these items , but they are no longer on the list. I did not get a list of shopped items during the shopping, or I could have reminded my shopper that certain items were missing. I tried to use the telephone to call her, but her phone was not available. All my frozen food was totally defrosted. The ice cream was like water, and we had to throw it out. She was very friendly when she delivered the food. I will try again, but if I have the same experience, it will be the last time I use this service.
