Champs Sports for Android

I keep getting a message saying that they’re having a hard time connecting to their server or that something went wrong, or when checking on my order from my email, it keeps telling me it’s misdirected. It’s super hard to buy anything off of the app, make a reservation, check orders and search for stuff. I keep getting an error and no, it’s not user error. It keeps telling me to try again. It’s such a waste of time. After I receive my order, I will not be using this app. Also, it’s the same issues with the Footlocker app since they’re affiliated. I’m not happy with it at all.

I won the raffle, but because of the extremely high volume of people checking, their app was frozen and wouldn’t let me confirm. I tried for 30min (at work), and now it’s saying my times expired and I missed my chance. Champs is the worst, I’d go through ANYONE else besides them. The customer service was awful, didn’t give a crap, and I spend $$$$$$ with them. Never again.

Constantly logs me out and glitches whenever shoes are being confirmed. It’s obvious champs sports doesn’t care about fixing this issue.

I bought two pair of shoes n it took the money and said they never charged me but they did it approved and got canceled same second and it still said it was coming but the money never went back on my card

Every time I try to enter a raffle, an error code pops up. Deleted it
