I have used Airmail for several years now, across five devices. It’s an excellent way to communicate and keep all my mail synced. I have not needed support assistance much, but when I have, they have been awesom. The pro version is totally worth it!
Airmail is great but I have a simple problem to append my signature on my emails. I have gone on the live support but it’s freaking useless . Steven was on duty last night and online and he just ignored me . Not right . I paid for this app but cannot append my signature. Can someone from management assist please
What used to be a great program. Latest bug: you can’t scroll up the page when writing an email.
Used this app for a while because it was unintrusive and just worked. Exchange account does not work anymore because that’s apparently a premium benefit after the latest update. I had already paid for the year but the app won’t respect restoring previous purchases since it’s a new version. Switching back to Outlook since it has better functionality and at least Microsoft warns me when it’s about to engage in shady practices rather than just cutting off my account and asking for more money. This app is mediocre at best and the devs want to charge a premium price and will cut off certain email accounts whenever they want in order to up the price.
App doesn’t respond when you click on things inside the app and sometimes I can’t even unflag emails. Interface is poorly laid out and things lie on top of each other and can’t read what’s underneath. Emails that have been read come up as unread and have to mark the folder as read. Just a poorly executed app.
