I used to brag about this camera and app. I am not sure what you guys did…..but you lost my business. Terrible…..
I pick my network from the wifi scan list, type in the correct password, which I’ve verified on several other devices, and it fails to correct saying that the SSID, password or encryption are wrong. Well the app auto fills the SSID and encryption type itself once picked from the scanned list, and after 50x tries and confirming password is correct on other devices , it still rejects it. Pretty useless without being able to connect the camera to Wi-Fi.
Been using this app for 3 yrs. Last year I was considering on using their plans, but months after the trial period, cloud stops recording. Configuration must be done every week in order for it to record. But by 2022, it totally stops recording even if configuration is done. 🤦🏻♀️
Can’t get notifications
I’ve been trying to hook to my Wi-Fi, it just want’s to hook to Ethernet. And why can’t I use my own cloud?
