It ain’t free

I have no issue with paid apps or in ap purchases. I do not like getting the impression an app is free, then getting forced to go with the paid pro version or a tiny free area.

Can’t login and can’t download!

Trailforks used to be awesome, then Outside bought them, started charging money and now it’s useless. What gives???

What happened?

Once upon a time I could still use the free version in a fixed local area. Now it’s absolutely unusable without a payment plan, even though the instructions say there’s a free way. Lame. Deleting the app.

Worthless unless you get pro

It used to be a nice handy app if you were on trails outside your area. Now you can only view trails in a very small area unless you get the pro version. I understand they need to make money but maybe offer the app at a one time purchase cost and not get so greedy with the subscription model.

Still sad

I thought I’d try this app. But during registration it said this email is already in use. So I did the forgot password this. No response still waiting for that. So I created a new account with a different email. Still waiting for the verification email. I think this is why I didn’t use the app all those years ago and it seems not much has changed. Still sad after all these years.
