I can’t turn on or off my special discounted rates. I’m only able turn on/off my standard rate

You have to log in every time to open not user friendly app even after several complaints our issue is not solved. There is no way to mark pre paid guest as no show. Even if marked a post pay reservation no show they are allowed to write review without staying at hotel ridiculous system. Update it and let it log in using our face id
