Best app for comercial and residencia

Not up-to-date

The values of properties are not accurate – very low and do not compare with comps in the area. In addition, it could not find a property that I actually knew existed. Deleting the app because it is useless.

Poor excuse for a real estate app

1. Data is several years old 2. You can’t own the home and make updates 3. Search is difficult 4. Values of houses is 3 years behind 5. No info on house like taxes etc. 6. Sat maps are also old My neighbors house built in 84 sold in 1 day for $1.4 million and mine built in 2019 has a value of 569k.
