The smart tag feature is awful. It’s not intuitive how to change the default setting- actually I don’t think it’s possible for parents to change the default setting in the app or on a computer. It’s not intuitive how to report an absence. The smart tag feature is leading to kids being improperly dismissed from school even when parents add the correct information in the app. Also it is frustrating that there are multiple logins and passwords for different Eanes ISD functions and that it is not all integrated with a single login. If Eanes is going to be so heavily reliant on this technology, they need to fix this interface.
