I asked the Developer a question about the app and received a response within minutes. Great support. Stable app.
This app will not win any awards for the user interface and is not designed for beginners. However if you need command line options for iPerf2, it does exactly that, and is the only app for iOS that does.
it works but has many bugs. There is no description or instructions for most arguments. Once you start server or client, you cannot go back without shutting down app and clearing it out of memory. App freezes up if you accidentally enter wrong IP address. Very simple basic app, NOT worth the price. Too many bugs.
I unfortunately purchased the bundel with iPerf and iPerf3 and both are dissapointing. When trying to figure out how to use each app, they just crash nonstop. I tried for about 10 minutes and got frustrated with it. I would love to have my money back as they are completely worthless.
Seems to work fine with Linux iperf version 2.0.5. I wanted a tool that could test local (vs. internet) wifi access point performance for Android/Mobile. The UI is cryptic, but gets the job done.
