Don’t work
It’s good when it works ,there’s a problem with it now you can’t type in username or password . Spent all morning on the phone with Nmfs trying to get there computer to work. They need to look into this and fix it. Update they have called me and we think the problem is in my phone as my Mobile works with this . I must say the folks at Noaa did call back and where helpful

Easiest Method Since Paper VTR
I’ve used a couple other electronic reporting programs on laptop computers that weren’t user friendly. Coupled with the fact you needed a WiFi connection to submit them made it a general pain in the backside.
In my experience, it’s user-friendly and generally reliable. I can spend 5 minutes each trip to complete a report and submit.
