Keeps disconnected from iPhone

I just purchased oticon more last week. App just keeps crashing. Good news is I can triple click button on my Android and control hearing aids from there. How do you update this app as what is at the App Store just is poor. I had high hopes for app. I have deleted and reinstalled app but that didn’t help. At this point in time better using devices than this app.

Does not function as advertised

I have to continually reboot my Mobile to use this app. Oh yes I have re paired it many times to no lasting solution. Needs some improvement. I just have an Mobile.

Disconnects frequently

Sitting w phone in hand streaming and these just disconnect frequently. Very expensive not well perfforming. Couldn’t be more disappointed

Trouble

Every time I use the TV part the app fails. I have to delete the app and download it again. This is the worse app for these hearing aids. I use this app with my Android. Can’t you fix this problem.

Constantly disconnects

When m on my Android 13 the person I’m talking to says they can barley understand me because of all the background noise when connected to my hearing aids. If I switch to speaker they can then hear me clearly
