I seriously love Stripe

I’ve built two SaaS companies in the last 3 years, both of which use Stripe for the underlying payment gateway. I’ll never use another platform. Their documentation is excellent, the UI is beautiful and easy to navigate, and it’s clear that their platform has been meticulously-cultivated with developers in mind. Love! I’d obviously love it if their fees were cheaper, but they’re on-par with everyone else, so can’t really complain there. Overall, very very happy with Stripe.

Doesn’t work and 24/7 customers is 100 not true

I have tried multiple times to set up the account. I get looped back to the same error with no resolution and no way to talk or chat with customer service. The auto emails don’t help!

No customer service

No customer service. It require you to sign in to ask someone to call you back with in 72 hours. make it Almost Impossible to get your own money. People should make a pact to stop doing business with companies that don’t offer customer service.

Payouts are inconsistent

These payout times are ridiculous for the percentage they’re taking. I will no longer use this service will they hold MY money for long periods of time.
