I bought this to use to download a video I wanted to archive. It only download the page showing the video and not the video itself. I want my money back but there’s no way to contact to get a refund!

How to download video to camera roll?

I’ve been looking for an app to use to download YouTube videos to my camera roll and when it finished it did not save to my camera roll and there’s no button to click to save it to the camera roll so can someone please tell me how to save it?
