After my ten orders completed I didn’t get notified of new orders. I only get the orders from the open orders or if I am constantly refreshing. I reached out the supper I logged out many times. Deleted the app redownloaded the app many times. My husband uses the app and he is sitting right next to me and he gets multiple offers. Just a little frustrating. Other than the app issues I love doing it. That’s the only reason for the low stars

I found the shipt app more enjoyable than other delivery apps

Please make return process available for the next day. We plan our time . And we also have families and life besides our side jobs. Just be kind to us and people will make more in return ❤️

This app is a piece of junk. I tried to sign up to be a shopper. While filling out the application I set my phone down and my phone screen locked. Went back into the app to finish the application and I couldn’t finish it. Tried to log back in to complete the app but wasn’t able to because there is an application in process. Contact support via live chat. They said an email would be sent to complete the application. Nope never received and email. Did this twice.. so much for trying to get a side hustle.

It would be nice if we/customers could add items even after we have started the orders and even after we prosess the orders if when the customer needs another thing
