Game freezes a lot and doesn’t reconnect resulting in you losing your money. I’ve complained and they just say it’s happening on my end and they aren’t responsible. It’s funny too, that the freezing only seems to happen to me when I’m playing for more than the minimum amounts. I would say at least half of the time you are playing against Bots. My advice would be to turn and run.

Error message popping up repeatedly when trying to register to start playing the app. Tried several times. Can’t even register
Well designed board and action, but game hangs way too often. Wouldn’t be a big deal if it was for fun, but “Backgammon for Money” shouldn’t be unreliable.
During play the app will often hang and the match will then be declared over with you losing your stake. I have emailed their customer support with screenshots and no one has gotten back to me. I’ve sent over five emails weeks ago. SHAME ON YOU!
