Bitdefender Central for Android

Easy to use and by far the best UI/UX of any provider I have ever utilized.

For anyone still hanging in with this software, and asking support “why the apps?” That we are forced to install, none of which work on my devices, and never having any actual questions responded to, I say get rid of the apps. Better yet, do not purchase bitfender to begin with. It’s aggravating and exhausting. I still have never activated anything, only tried and failed for 4 hours and now it’s all allegedly activated. Allegedly all settings can be controlled on the central.bf website, in the apps “settngs” is an inactive gear button, and I can’t find any setting or adjustments or controls on the website either. I’ve submitted for a refund. They’re stringing me along with reassuring support emails but never any answers to my questions, including “Wray was in charge raged twice? I’m too nice and giving it one more day before cancelling subscription thru Google. Installed on 3 devices which took 4 hours and now each device sends up bitfender “security at risk” warning messages because of the other devices. 3 installs of a 5 install pack, and Each device is apparently a security threat to the other. I’ve worked with all kind of software for decades, had high hopes for this, but once installed it can’t even be found let alone managed and the apps all freeze on my current iOS devices. Somethings not right. I’m done, not here to do free beta testing.

Cannot initiate Scans remotely. Used to be able to but one day it just quit working. Try to launch scan and it circles forever. Device to be scanned can only be scanned when launching from that device. Now wirthless

There are two different companies. Hard to keep straight of which company does what. Payment information is not easily accessible. Community help is not helpful. Wasted my money as it’s past 30 days now. Wasted my time. I’m done with them. UNINSTALL!
