The email you get sent to activate your account via link doesn’t work! I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong but the email has a link that doesn’t even open so I can’t even activate my account.
One thing you can count on with this steaming pile of crap is nothing will work. The only thing that will work is the error prompts telling you to re-login and they will send you an email with a link that isn’t a link to change your password. Whomever is making this app should be fired and black listed from making apps ever again.
What is the point of having face ID? 8/10 times I log in my face ID activates then I get a pop up saying log in with username and password to enable biometrics. So annoying. Oh, and it doesn’t let me setup autopay thru the app. Whack
Not sure what’s up RMP? But seriously, GET A GRIP! I’m so beyond annoyed with this app and it’s inability to function properly. Who do you have to speak with to get this up and running? Is there another way to pay my bill online? Inquiring minds would like to know?? Save yourself the stress and hair pulling! Dump this APP!!!
What’s the point of having FaceID support if every time you try to use it, it says you need to manually log in first?
