Lucky Supermarkets for Android

I selected an item that’s in the ad. It showed up. I clicked the icon to add it to my list. It is locked and I can’t change the screen.

I clicked on sign in help to reset my password. They email me the code. I navigate to my email to retrieve the code, and I get it. Then I go back to the app, but I’m no longer on the help signing in page. I’m taken back to the Home Screen. I have to restart the whole process. If you are trying to retrieve/reset a password on the phone it’s literally impossible. Excellent design guys! 🙄

Perhaps Mars in back in retrograde but this app won’t stay on one screen before suddenly switching to the location search option. Requested a verification code - awesome. The verification code input page then disappears so one must begin the endless cycle again. THERE’S NO VERIFICATION NUMBER INPUT FIELD AVAILABLE because the app automatically closes the page. App in dire need of some quality control!!

I called customer service when I saw my app wasn’t working, and they said it’s “down” and has been for months. Which I personally can attest it’s been at least a few weeks for me. To get the notifications about new offers and free deals and be unable to even connect to the app to get those deals is extremely frustrating. Some stores are pretty terrible to work for as well, depending on the manager and/or “owner”.

Why create an app for grocery shopping if you can not create a shopping list to go buy products there? Lucky s ‘shop’ menu only slows for ‘Instacart’. For this reason, though the app looks great, it’s a shopping application deemed USELESS!
