Can’t access my account

I had to change my phone number and tried to update it over 2 months ago. And did everything they asked and still can’t access my account. Thank god I have my payments set for auto pay. I have called and emailed. Still not able to acces my account. Great app and very useful but don’t change your information because your locked out if you do. For that reason I can’t give it 5 stars. And I loved the app. Until then.
