My scales are measuring in kg even though I have it set to lbs. No matter how many times I go in the app to try getting it to measure lbs on the scale, it continues to measure in kgs. Very annoying. I think it’s time to trash the scale and order a different brand.
It says i’m obese and shows a picture of a very large silhouette. I weight 146 pounds - and I’m 5’3” - I wear a size 7 in women’s pants. I know I’m not Obese. I’m 5 lbs away from my BMI.... so inaccurate! But if this wrong - I wonder how inaccurate all the other measurements are? Wish you guys would fix this.
When I login, it immediately logs me out saying I have another device logged in. I don’t. Please fix
4 stars down to 1. Tracks bodyweight accurately. That’s it. Emailed multiple times for software updates and the body fat % has never been addressed. The body fat calculated is roughly 8%-9% higher than the EatSmart Precision scale, other handheld devices, or using a tape measure for waist & neck. All of the other measurements seem made up.
There’s smth wrong with the app since the update. I can’t log in at all, tried all options even cReating a new account but it never moves on the the next page. The app just doesn’t respond. Please fix ASAP.
