Can’t play very long unless you pay for more stuff

Been playing a couple of weeks. Game play is slow if you don’t pay because you have to open a chest every 2 hours to get a small bit of the items needed to move forward. Ok, so this was my game between games when my other games were out of energy. Made it to level 34 though and now there’s a glitch that won’t let me keep going. Contacted support nearly a week ago to alert them of the glitch and help me troubleshoot, and have had zero response from them. Very disappointed. I was beginning to enjoy the storylines of each character before they died, but to continue receiving side missions, I need to progress in the main game and I’m blocked from doing so due to the glitch. Overall, frustrated that I put money into this just to be ignored.

I love this game.

I am having fun with this slightly mindless game but even with their sales we have decided not to spend anymore gift card rewards because the coins and objects go too quickly and ghosts no longer gives big rewards this week ends the fun of Ghost Tales My experience with Support has always been professional speedily and fare compensation

I’ve played this game off and on for well over a year now. I keep popping back to see if they’ve fixed the materials system yet, but they haven’t. The only way to get through even ONE storyline is to pay a lot of money or watch 15-20 Ads just to get ONE that you need. I love the storylines and cute graphics but playing the game is just a pain in the butt. Going to focus on Diggy’s Adventures now. They give you plenty of what you need and give you options to purchase items for special events.
